Jennifer DiCarlo is the founder and principal attorney of the firm, located in Wakefield, MA. She brings to her practice an understanding of real estate issues that can be attributed to her unique background.
Upon graduating from New England School of Law, where she was the recipient of the New England School of Law Merit Scholarship, Ms. DiCarlo joined the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court where she clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Karyn F. Scheier. At the Land Court, she researched a myriad of real estate issues involving title, zoning, land use, easements and restrictions. She was also involved in the approval process for condominiums developed on registered land. Having also worked for one of the busiest foreclosure firms in the state, Ms. DiCarlo brings to the table an understanding of the complex issues involved in foreclosures.
In her spare time, Ms. DiCarlo enjoys spending time with her family. She is also involved with her community and sits on the Board of Directors of the Friends of Lake Quannapowitt, an organization formed for the protection of the Town of Wakefield’s greatest asset – Lake Quannapowitt. She is also a member of the Colonel Connelly Park Committee, a group responsible for the recent renovation of park grounds located in Wakefield. Ms. DiCarlo also provides pro bono legal services through the Volunteer Lawyers Project, an organization committed to providing services to indigent clients.
